| Rolling
a Target
Using a Dowel |
|
| •Roll
mat back on itself and flatten the fold(optional when
using a dowel). |
| •Roll
the mat around the dowel toward the opposite end. |
| •When
you have rolled the mat to within 14-18 inches of the opposite
end, grab the far edge, bring it back towards you and slide
it under the section of mat you are rolling. |
| •Continue
rolling the mat until there is no more mat to roll and
flatten the end with the heel of your hand or a wooden
peg. |
•Tie
the target in at least three places. The two ties at
the ends should be no more than two or three inches from
the edge. Check the fit of the peg in the target.
Make
sure to remove the dowel before soaking or cutting |
