are offering the first box of 10 mats at the Introductory price
of $3.20 per mat, plus shipping. We think that
once you try our new tatami omote you won't want to use anything

Our new mats are 35" by
70" by
just under one-eighth of an inch thick, have no
embedded dirt, and can soak up water very quickly.
These tatami are the same size and type of mat
as the ones being used in cutting competitions

order forms and print a copy. If you have never purchased
from us before please use our Introductory
Discount for an exceptional deal. Once you have printed out the correct
order form you can calculate the UPS shipping charges using
these instructions or
the Quick Calculator.

You will need to set up an account with PayPal if you don't

This just takes a few minutes and you only have to do it once.
When your account is set up you can use it to place any future
orders with us in about one minute.
To
send an order using your PayPal account simply list the number
of 10 or 20 mat boxes you want to purchase, CA sales tax if
required, and the shipping charges, in the "Message" section
on the PayPal site. If you are a new customer please let us
know that as well. You can calculate
the UPS shipping charges using these instructions or
the Quick Calculator. If you have
a problem you can also contact
us with the order information and we will do it for you.
Then
you just send the order/payment through PayPal to:

That's
it, no paper form is necessary, and we receive the order almost
immediately. A message confirming your order
will be
sent, usually within one business day, to the email address
used for your PayPal account and your order is usually
shipped within 2 or 3 days. Please note that if you decide
to use a PayPal echeck we will not send the shipment
until the payment is cleared by PayPal.

Returns -
We will gladly accept the return of any box(es) of
our tatami
omote that are in the original sealed box as shipped. The box(es)
must be unopened, and undamaged. Your original purchase
price,
excluding shipping charges, will be refunded to you as
soon as we receive the returned shipment. We do not charge
a handling or re-stocking
fee for a returned order, however, the charges for the
return
shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email
us for a return authorization before sending any return
shipment.
We
reserve the right to refuse orders from sources for which
we
have had checks returned or who have not paid their balances
in full. Returned checks will be subject to California Law,
three times the amount of the check, or $100, whichever is
greater.
